In general your shipment will ship via UPS, FedEx Ground or a common carrier approximately five days after the order has been placed, however every manufacturer has different order fulfillment times which can vary based on their workload. The shipping transit time is dependent upon the distance to the delivery address.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please note that once an order has begun processing it may still be able to to be changed. However if it has shipped, the order is no longer changeable nor can it be canceled. An item is missing from my shipment.

In addition, please understand that although UPS or Fedex may pick up all of the packages contained in your order on the same day, they may not deliver them all on the same day. Additionally if you ordered items from multiple manufacturers they will most likely be delivered on separate days. In the event an item was left out by the manufacturer during the order fulfillment process we will of course make every effort to get it to you as fast as possible.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backorder arrival dates are given on a case by case basis. We do everything possible to get accurate information from our manufacturers and in general the information provided is very close to the actual arrival date. However there are times when actual backorder fulfillment dates deviate from what was expected.
